Hey, I'm Nick!

I'm a Husband, married for 20+ years, and a Dad of 2 teenage boys. I'm a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach at Timberwolf CrossFit in St. Paul, MN. I have my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching Certificate. Along with that, I'm also a full-time Pastor.

I know what it’s like trying to balance family, work, relationships, and hobbies. We’re busier than ever, and everything feels like it needs to be done yesterday. But over time, stress builds, happiness falters, and you start to wonder if there’s a better way.

The answer you’ve been searching for DOES exist. I teach parents to balance me-time, family-time, career, and everything else life throws at us, so we can transform into the happiest, healthiest, and most impactful versions of ourselves.
