You only have 3 options

Your body is a complex and intelligent system.


Whether you like it or not… everything you’re doing right now is perfectly creating the results it was designed to create.


If you’re frustrated by the results you’re seeing right now (or lack of)? It’s NOT the system’s fault.


It simply means the ‘input’ needs to be changed.


This might be equally frustrating AND freeing.


Frustrating because it takes humility and courage to admit there’s a better way.


Many people, just like you, will fight until their very best breath, clinging to the idea that their way is the best way… even if they clearly are not producing the results they want.


Those people are NOT Forging The New You people.


Forging The New You folks are strong men & women who are willing to swallow their pride, put ego aside, and bravely step out of the victim role… And journey into the world of radical responsibility.


If you want a different output (your results), change the input (your training, nutrition, support, etc).


With that information, you have 3 options…


Option 1. Do nothing


Most people are 1 smart decision away from looking, feeling, and performing how they want.

Problem is, when faced with that decision, 99% of us retreat to their comfort zone.

The average human will ignore this because they feel like it’s a shot to their ego. They prefer to bang their head (and body) against the wall until something breaks.


If this is TRULY what you want, no problem. I’m not here to judge.


But it’s important to realize admitting you’ve been doing the wrong thing has NOTHING to do with ego.


It’s systems and science. And you can’t argue with systems and science, unless you want to lose 100% of the time.


It’s like getting angry at your phone for calling 411 when you meant to call 911… but YOU were the one who pressed the wrong button.


Option 2. Keep tinkering on your own


The other option is to tinker around with changes yourself.


If you go down this route, great. I’m glad you’re open to the idea that if what you’re doing right now isn’t getting you the results you want and you have to change it to break the cycle.


However, based on thousands of conversations with others in a similar boat…


I know this stuff isn’t easy to implement without help. And it’s not easy to know if you’re taking the right steps or not.


This elevates uncertainty and creates stress, anxiety, and even more questions.


Often causing you to revert back to what you know and are comfortable with. Which we already know isn’t working.


The last thing you want to do is spend one year trying to get closer to your goals just to realize you were doing it wrong the entire time.


Don’t take this the wrong way… But if you knew how to do this yourself, you would have done it by now.


Which leads us to option three…


Option 3. Follow a proven process that has worked for countless others like you


This option is reserved for people who are ready to create ownership and respect in their bodies without sifting through the bullshit on their own.


These people realize the other 2 options don’t get them to where they want to be.


Which makes those options irrelevant.
